Carol has over 30 years of finance experience in the telecommunications, satellite, and commercial space industries, working with companies ranging from startups to multinationals. Throughout her career, she accumulated a broad range of experience advising clients on strategic transactions, financings, and financial operations.

Carol began her finance career at Morgan Stanley, where she provided transactional and capital markets advice to companies in the telecommunications and satellite sectors. She subsequently joined ING Barings as Global Head of Telecoms, and later ran the North American TMT business at ABN AMRO. She also played an executive finance role at Odyssey Moon. Before her investment banking career, Carol was an attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell.
