Del is a Co-Founder and Chief Space Policy Advisor (CSPA) of Lonestar Data Holdings, Inc. He has over 50 years of experience as a space lawyer and counselor to space related companies who are dealing with legal and policy issues encompassing the financing, regulatory, institutional, and international aspects of the Cis-Lunar environment and outer space generally. He earned a B.S., M.S. and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, a Ph.D. from Cambridge University, England, and a Diploma in Public International Law from the Hague Academy, The Netherlands. He has been a member of the Society of Satellite Professionals Hall of Fame since 2007.
